Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery time

Processing: most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment.
Delivery: once shipped, orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days.
Total estimate: about 4-8 business days from the day you place your order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays and weather can add time.

Where your order ships from

Orders ship from a warehouse located in the United States.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show updates after the label is created.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, write to us right away at andrew7lml@gmail.com; we can only change it before the order ships. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and P.O. boxes may not be available; if that is your case, we will contact you before shipping.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 15 business days after you ordered, contact us at andrew7lml@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders ship within the United States, so you will not pay import duties. Sales tax, if applicable, is shown at checkout.
