Refund and returns policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email us at andrew7lml@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us, because returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
3. Ship the item back with a tracking number.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• For a change of mind, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you will not need to pay for the return.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5-10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may need extra time to show it.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not shipped. Write to us as soon as possible.
