How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from a U.S. warehouse. Most orders are prepared in 1-3 business days and arrive 3-5 business days after shipping, so plan on about 4-8 business days in total. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping within the United States is free on every order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first at andrew7lml@gmail.com so we can send you the return instructions. See the Refund and returns policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
How can I pay?
With PayPal or a credit or debit card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the United States.
